Cancellation Options

We offer flexible options to manage your subscription:

Pause

Take a break for up to 3 months. Resume anytime.

Downgrade

Switch to a smaller plan that suits you better.

Cancel

End your subscription completely.

How to Cancel

Cancelling your subscription is simple:

  1. Log into your account

    Visit your dashboard

  2. Go to Subscriptions

    Click on "Manage Subscription"

  3. Select Cancel

    Choose "Cancel Subscription" and confirm

  4. Receive Confirmation

    You'll receive an email confirming your cancellation

When Cancellation Takes Effect

End of Current Billing Period

Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to receive socks until then.

For example:

  • If you cancel on the 15th and your billing date is the 1st, you'll receive your next month's socks
  • Your subscription will end after that final delivery
  • No additional charges will be made after cancellation

Cancellation Deadlines

Cancel By Effect
Before billing date No charge for upcoming period; cancellation immediate
After billing date Current period honoured; no future charges

Pausing Your Subscription

Not ready to cancel completely? You can pause your subscription instead:

  • Pause for 1, 2, or 3 months
  • No charges during the paused period
  • Resume anytime from your dashboard
  • Your subscription will automatically resume after the pause period

Pausing is a great option if you're going on holiday or temporarily need to reduce expenses.

What Happens After Cancellation

  • Account Access: You'll retain access to your account history and order records
  • Pending Orders: Any orders already in transit will still be delivered
  • Reactivation: You can resubscribe at any time through your account
  • Data: Your information is retained as per our Privacy Policy

Refunds on Cancellation

No partial refunds: We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods. When you cancel, you will continue to receive your subscription benefits until the end of your paid period.

Cancellation by Sock Club

We reserve the right to cancel subscriptions in the following circumstances:

  • Repeated payment failures (after multiple retry attempts)
  • Violation of our Terms & Conditions
  • Fraudulent activity
  • Abuse of our service or staff

In such cases, we will notify you via email with the reason for cancellation.

Cooling-Off Period

In terms of the Consumer Protection Act, if you subscribed via direct marketing (phone, email marketing, etc.), you have 5 business days to cancel your subscription and receive a full refund, provided you haven't received any products.

Account Deletion

If you wish to completely delete your account and all associated data:

  • First cancel any active subscriptions
  • Then request account deletion from your dashboard or contact support
  • We will process your request in accordance with POPIA requirements
